To apply:
1. Complete the Application: Link above (one application required for each adult occupant). Application fee is $35 per person if NOT using a Portable Tenant Screening Report. Applications are on a first come first serve basis. Please note: No application fee will be taken if there are current applications pending on a property.
2. Register with https://armadillopm.petscreening.com (all applicants MUST register a No Pet profile $0, Household Pet profile $20-$25, and/or Assistance Animal profile $0 to be considered a complete application)
3. Once the above steps are complete and approved, a showing and lease can be offered.
