Each adult occupant must submit a separate application by clicking "Apply Now" - link above. The application fee is $36 per person unless you are providing a Portable Tenant Screening Report. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. No application fee will be charged if there are already pending applications on the property.
2. Pet/Animal Screening Registration
All applicants must complete a profile at https://armadillopm.petscreening.com: No Pet Profile – $0 | Household Pet Profile – $20–$30 | Assistance Animal Profile – $0
A completed PetScreening profile is required as part of the application.

Applicant has the right to provide Armadillo Property Management with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if applicant provides Armadillo Property Management with a PTSR, Armadillo Property Management is prohibited from: a) charging applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging applicant a fee for Armadillo Property Management to access or use the PTSR.

The household pet profile is the only profile that is associated with a renewal fee. The renewal cost is $30 when payable by credit card/debit card or $25 when payable by ACH.
