Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. No application fee will be charged if there are already pending applications on the property.
2. Pet/Animal Screening Registration
All applicants must complete a profile at https://armadillopm.petscreening.com: No Pet Profile – $0 | Household Pet Profile – $20–$30 | Assistance Animal Profile – $0
A completed PetScreening profile is required as part of the application.
3. Next Steps
Once all steps are complete and the application is approved, we will reach out to schedule a showing and offer a lease.
