Animal Policy
If applicable, an additional refundable animal deposit of $300 is required and a monthly charge of $35 per month will be charged. Ferrets are not permitted. Any reptiles and birds must be caged.
We use a third-party site petscreening.com to confirm all animal information. All applicants must create a profile and if approved, a lease can be offered
- Household Pet Profile - $30 with credit card/debit payment or $25 by ACH per profile.
- Assistance Animal Profile (Service and Support animal profile) - $0
- No Pet/Animal Profile - $0
After each year, all profile types will need to be renewed. The household pet profile is the only profile that is associated with a renewal fee. The renewal cost is $30 when payable by credit card/debit card or $25 when payable by ACH. If renewed early (90 days before it expires), you can save an additional $5, which would be $25 for a credit/debit card or $20 by ACH payment.
